I found a bug, how can I report it?

If you notice something in Kaiora that does not work as expected, you can report it directly to our team.

Bug reports help us improve the app and resolve issues faster for everyone.

Including a few details will help us understand the issue more quickly.

What to include in your report

When possible, please add the following information:

1. A short description of the issue

Explain what happened and what you expected to happen instead.

2. Steps to reproduce the problem

If possible, describe the actions that led to the issue.

Example:

Open the app → Log a meal → Health Score does not update.

3. Screenshots or screen recordings

Visual information often helps us identify the problem faster.

4. Your device information

If possible, include:

  • Device model (for example: iPhone 14, Samsung Galaxy S23)
  • Operating system version
  • Kaiora app version

5. When the issue happened

Mention the approximate date and time you experienced the problem.

What happens next?

Once we receive your message, our team will review the report and investigate the issue.
