For Apple Users
If you subscribed through the KAIORA iOS app, only Apple can manage your subscription. This means you'll need to request a refund from Apple. If you need help, check out the instructions on how to request a refund from Apple. We're very sorry for the inconvenience!
For Android Users
If you've subscribed through the KAIORA Android app within the last 48 hours, please request a refund from Google Play.
If you subscribed more than 48 hours ago, we're happy to help you. Please submit a request and remember to attach your Google receipt.
