How accurate is the Health Score?

Understand how the Kaiora Health Score is calculated, what data influences it, and how accurately it reflects your body’s response to daily habits.

The Kaiora Health Score is designed to give you a clear picture of how your body is responding to your daily habits.

Instead of looking at health factors in isolation, Kaiora analyzes multiple signals together. These signals typically include nutrition patterns, physical activity, sleep quality, and recovery indicators. By combining these inputs, the system estimates your current physiological readiness and overall health trajectory.

The goal of the Health Score is not to provide a medical diagnosis. Rather, it acts as a scientifically informed indicator that helps you understand whether your habits are supporting or challenging your body over time.

Several elements influence how accurate the score becomes for each user:

Consistency of data

The more consistently you log meals, track activity, or sync sleep data, the more precise the analysis becomes.

Personalization over time

Kaiora gradually learns your personal patterns. For example, how your sleep affects your recovery or how your activity influences your energy levels. As this baseline becomes clearer, the Health Score becomes more tailored to you.

Quality of connected data sources

Connecting wearables or trackers that measure sleep, activity, or heart rate can significantly improve the accuracy of the insights.

It is also important to remember that health is dynamic. Your body adapts constantly to recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle factors. The Health Score reflects these changing conditions, helping you detect patterns that would be difficult to see otherwise.

Over time, many users find that the score becomes a useful daily reference point for understanding how their habits affect how they feel, perform, and recover.
